The USS Enteprise comes under attack by the Borg. The Captain tries to negotiate with the Borg Queen but the Borg Queen is stubborn.

The Captain, Data and Worf try to stop the attack. The rest of the crew is on an away mission, so they can't help.

But they can't find Lt. Cmd Riker who is still meant to be on the Enterprise. Just where the heck is Riker? And why does he dissapear at such an inconvenient time?
